Jerry Ham, 72 of Hillsville, VA passed away on Monday, October 29, 2018. Mr. Ham was born in Ottawa, IL on April 23, 1946 to the late Russell and Edna (Daggett) Ham. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Moni Ham; and nine siblings.

Mr. Ham graduated from Streator High School in 1965. He served in the United States Army for 20 years, mostly overseas, with deployments in Vietnam, Korea, and Germany where he served as a Special Agent Criminal Investigator. After retiring as a military officer, Mr. Ham worked as a criminal investigator for 18 years and a real estate agent for 9 years. He was semi-retired for the last 8 years but continued to work as a mobile notary. Jerry attended Island Creek Mennonite Church.

Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Marsha and David Santi of Shelby Township, MI; one brother, Raymond Ham of Shell Knob, MO; two grandsons; two granddaughters; his friends at Island Creek Mennonite Church; and his dog and companion, "Trouble".

Services will be scheduled at a later date at the convenience of the family. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
