Jerry Ferqueron, 82 of Dugspur, passed away on Monday, September 26, 2022 at his home. Mr. Ferqueron was born in Florida on October 2, 1939 to the late Alonzo Jerome Ferqueron, Sr. and Grace Eileen Davies Ferqueron. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a sister, Dolores Calvert.

Survivors include his wife, Diane L. Ferqueron; children and spouses, Laura and Thomas Schupp, Craig Ferqueron, Chris and Jessica Ferqueron, and Kim and Rich Elias; eleven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 29, 2022 at the Hillsville Pentecostal Holiness Church at 2:00 PM with Pastor Jeff Pickett officiating. Burial will follow in the Wilkinson Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church on Thursday from 1:00 until 2:00 PM prior to the funeral service. The services will be live streamed at 2:00 PM on Thursday on You Tube from the Hillsville Pentecostal Holiness Church. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
