Jerry Wayne Felts, 44, of Fancy Gap, passed away on Sunday, January 14, 2007 at his residence. Mr. Felts is survived by his daughter Holly Felts of Mt. Airy, NC; parents W.B. & Maxine Felts of Fancy Gap; sisters & brothers-in-law Phyllis & Morgan Towe of Cana, Debra & Tim VanHoy of Fancy Gap and Vicki & Danny Alderman of Galax; maternal grandmother Belva Sumner; special uncle Roger Felts; niece Taylor VanHoy; and nephews Matthew & Joshua Alderman.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 16, 2007 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 2:00 PM with Rev. Randy Morris, Rev. Richard Gregory and Rev. Tim VanHoy officiating. Burial will follow in the Independence Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday night at the funeral home from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
