Obituary

Jeffery Dale Weddle, 58, of Laurel Fork, passed away on Friday, November 6, 2015 at Twin County Regional Hospital. Mr. Weddle is preceded in death by his mother, Shirley Duncan Weddle. Survivors include his wife, Trina Sutphin Weddle of the home, his son, Travis Lawrence Weddle and wife, Kimberley of Roanoke, his daughter, Alyssa W. Knowles and husband, David of Laurel Fork, and his granddaughter, Arwen Weddle. Also surviving is his father and step mother, Freddie and Juanita Weddle of Woodlawn, sisters and brother-in-law, Debra Sue Spangler of Willis, Carol Ann and Jerry Sutphin of Willis, nephews, Jacob and Zachary Griffith, nieces, Vanessa and Valerie Spangler, step brother, Terry Warf and family, several sisters-in- law and brothers-in-law and many other special nieces and nephews of the Sutphin family. Funeral Services will be conducted on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at the Gospel Chapel Church in Laurel Fork with the Rev. Winston Puckett, Brother Scotty Bullins, and Rev. Howard Nester officiating. The burial will follow in the Weddle Family Cemetery on Buffalo Mountain Rd. in Floyd County. The family will receive friends on Monday, November 9, 2015 from 6 - 8 at the Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel. A guestbook is available by visiting www.vaughanguynnmcgrady.com.
