Jean Jackson Bowman, 57 of Laurel Fork, passed away on Wednesday, April 16, 2008 at Twin County Regional Hospital. Mrs. Bowman was born in Pulaski to Orville Curtis Jackson and Hassie Branscome Jackson. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband Joseph Wayne Bowman. Mrs. Bowman is survived by her daughters & son-in-law Jennifer Lea Bowman of Atlanta, GA and Sarah & Scotty Allen of Laurel Fork; mother Hassie B. Jackson of Laurel Fork; and one grandson Stephen Jeffery Allen.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 19, 2008 at 11:00 AM at the Gladesboro Lutheran Church with Pastor Duane Steele officiating. Burial will follow in the Gladesboro Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the funeral service.
