Janie Frost Dalton, 83, of Hillsville, passed away on Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at Twin County Regional Hospital. Mrs. Dalton was born in Barren Springs, VA to the late Fred and Nannie Mahone Frost. Survivors include her husband, Carl D. Dalton of the home; son, Carl Bruce Dalton of Hillsville; daughter and son-in-law, Wanda and Darrell Tuttle of Winston Salem, NC; sister and brother-in-law, Marjorie and Ralph Draper of Martinsville; two grandchildren; and four great grandchildren. Graveside services with burial following will be held on Wednesday, October 1, 2014 at Monta Vista Memory Gardens at 2:00 PM with Rev. Tony Hodges officiating. There will be no visitation. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
