Janice Carol Foster, 67 of Hillsville, passed away on Thursday, June 12, 2014 at Grayson Nursing and Rehab. Ms. Foster was born in Wythe County to the late John A. and Hazel Davidson Stoots. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her sister, Margaret Marshall. She is survived by her daughters, Regina Patton of Independence and Teresa Edmonds of Marion; and brother, Elwood Stoots of Hillsville. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
