Janett Lynn Mabe Miller, 67 of Woodlawn, passed away on Friday, February 6, 2026 at Twin County Regional Hospital.  Mrs. Miller was born in Galax, Virginia on October 22, 1958.  She was preceded in death by her father, John Curtis Mabe; husband, Michael Ray Miller; grandson, Dylan Whitaker; and brother-in-law, Steve Price.

Survivors include her daughter, Jennifer Whitaker (David) of Woodlawn; mother, Claudia Mabe; step-daughter, Michelle Cody (Chris) of Virginia; grandchildren, Gracie Whitaker and Rylie Whitaker; step-grandchildren, Kristin Cody and Sean Cody; siblings, Jennie Price of Galax, Patricia Harrison (Dan) of Eureka, CA, John Mabe (Judy) of Woodlawn, Rita Hash (Eugene) of Woodlawn, Larry Mabe of Woolwine, and April Marlow (Vernon) of Galax; many special friends; several nieces and nephews; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 14, 2026 at Woodlawn Church at 2:00 PM with Rev. Dina Clower officiating.  The family will receive friends at the church from 1:00 until 2:00 PM prior to the memorial service.  Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
