Janet Ann Willard Leath, 51 of Bassett, passed away on Friday, November 07, 2008 at her home. She is survived by her husband Donald Leath of the home; step son Myron Leath of Woodlawn; step daughter LaDonna Haley of Pinnacle, NC; brothers Larry Willard of Patrick Springs, Linford Willard of Meadows of Dan and Donald Willard of Meadows of Dan; sisters Patricia Goad of Laurel Fork and Brenda Law of Patrick Springs; two step grandchildren; one step great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, November 9, 2008 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 2:00 PM with Pastor Michael Sutphin officiating. Burial will follow in the McKenzie Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, November 8, 2008 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
