Janet B. Quesenberry, 66, of Hillsville, passed away on Thursday, November 23, 2017 at her home. Mrs. Quesenberry was born in Carroll County to the late Marion Reeves and Lila Mae Bond Barr. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, Lonnie Quesenberry.

Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Amanda and Preston Hill of Hillsville and Tracey and Ernest Hopkins of Meadows of Dan; siblings and spouses, Billy and Patsy Barr of Fancy Gap, Joan and Lester Vass of Hillsville, Julia and Terry Cole of Hillsville, and Ellen and Bobby Holcomb of Hillsville; five grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, November 26, 2017 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 2:00 PM with Pastor Jeff Pickett officiating. Burial will follow in the Blue Mont Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 1:00 until 2:00 PM prior to the funeral service. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
