James P. Webb, 95 of Hillsville, passed away on Tuesday, October 11, 2011 at Heritage Hall Laurel Meadows. Mr. Webb was born in Virginia to the late Posey and Maude Largen Webb. He is survived by his wife Estelle Webb of the home; son and daughter-in-law Tommy and Linda Kemp of Galax; daughter Sue Fleeman of Hillsville; brothers and sister-in-law Rush Webb of Sandusky, OH and Ted and Georgia Webb of Galax; sisters and brother-in-law Betty and Barnard Horton of Salem and Inez McPeak of Laurel Fork; five grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and one great-great granddaughter.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 13, 2011 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 11:00 AM with Rev. Norman Goad officiating. Burial will follow in the Gladesboro Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, October 12, 2011 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM.
