James Richard Ogle, 89 of Hillsville, passed away on Saturday, February 19, 2011 at Trinity Mission of Hillsville. Mr. Ogle was preceded in death by his father Norman Ogle and mother Ida McMillian Ogle, wife Pearlie Mae Ogle, brothers Charlie, Gordon, Henry, Robert Ogle, his foster mother, Alma McMillian. Mr. Ogle is survived by his sister, Lillian Tolbert, Woodlawn; brother & sister-in-law, Lester & Audrey Ogle, Hillsville; several nieces & nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, February 22, 2011 at 2:00 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel with Pastor Jeff Pickett officiating. Burial will follow in the Lovell Cemetery, where military rites will be conducted by Hillsville VFW Post 1115. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday prior to the funeral services. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
