James Lewis ( Jim ) Marshall, 85 of Hillsville passed away on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at Heritage Hall Laurel Meadows. He was preceded in death by his, parents, Launa Jennings and John Henry Marshall, among other family members. Survivors include his sister-in-law, Coretta L. Marshall, several nieces & nephews, and many special friends. Memorial services will be held on Monday, August 3, 2015 at 1:00 PM at the Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel with Rev. Shawn Carter, and Mr. Mark Raynes officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00 to 1:00 PM on Monday, August 3, 2015. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady is serving the Marshall family.
