Jackie Dale Easter, 53 of Wytheville, passed away on Sunday, November 6, 2011 at his home. Mr. Easter was born in Mount Airy, NC to Nannie Jones Hiatt of Hillsville and the late Harley Easter. In addition to his mother he is survived by his companion Deanna Brown of the home; four daughters Raven, Jasmine, Haley, and Jadelyn; and sisters Sandra Creasy of Hillsville, Brenda and Dale Bass of Mount Airy, and Vanessa Hiatt of Columbia, SC.

A graveside service with burial following will be held on Wednesday, November 9, 2011 at 11:00 AM at Rome Cemetery with Rev. Dale Bass officiating. The family will receive friends at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel on Wednesday from 9:00 until 10:00 AM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family.
