Ivan Carl Quesenberry, 78 of Hillsville, passed away on Tuesday, July 25, 2023 at his home.  Mr. Quesenberry was born in Carroll County, Virginia to the late Leek and Sylvia Marshall Quesenberry.  In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by siblings, Lorene Gardner, Kenneth Quesenberry, Martha Jennings, Maxine Alexander, and Polly Quesenberry.

Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Nancy Quesenberry; son, Scott Quesenberry and wife, Amanda; daughter, Stacey Edwards and husband, Steve; grandchildren, Richie Worrell, Sara Quesenberry, Kayla Christman, and Breeana Quesenberry; great-grandchildren, Maci Melton, Kylee Christman, Kynlee Christman, and Amelia Worrell; and sister, Helen Moore.

The family would like to thank Intrepid Hospice for their wonderful care during Ivan's last days.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 29, 2023 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 11:00 AM with Pastor Matthew Schmit officiating.  Burial will follow in the James L. Marshall Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, July 28, 2023 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
