Isaac Wilton Smith, 89 of Hillsville, passed away on Thursday, December 9, 2021 at his home. Mr. Smith was born in Carroll County, Virginia to the late Robert Howard and Lillie Alice Phillips Smith. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Betty May Smith.

Survivors include his niece, Verna Keith; nephews, Dick Smith, Paul Smith, Doug Sorrentino; cousin, Mike McGrady; several other family members and friends; several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 11:00 AM with Pastor Jeff Pickett officiating. Burial will follow in the Smith Family Cemetery. Military rites will be conducted by the Hillsville V.F. W. Grover King Post 1115. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 10:00 until 11:00 AM prior to the service. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
