Iona Hubble Greene, 87 of Laurel Fork, passed away on Thursday, September 29, 2011 in Laurel Fork. Mrs. Greene was born in Davy, WV to the late Henry G. and Judy Iona Semones Hubble. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband Joseph Harold Greene; son-in-law Ronald Theurer; and sister Juanita Shaw. She is survived by her children Amy Virginia Theurer of Laurel Fork and fiance Larry Cranford, Joseph Victor (Jay) and Amy Greene of Virginia Beach, and William (Lee) and Wipaphun (Noi) Greene of Niceville, FL; eleven grandchildren; and twenty great grandchildren.

Funeral mass will be held on Monday, October 3, 2011 at 11:00 AM at St. Josephs Catholic Church with Father Charles Brickner officiating. Burial will follow in the Laurel Fork Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel on Sunday, October 2, 2011 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM.
