Inez E. Ferguson, 91 of Hillsville, passed away on Monday, May 29, 2017 at her home. Mrs. Ferguson was born in Ohio to the late James and Grace Palusci Passeri. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Fray Ferguson.

Survivors include her children and their families: Bruce Ferguson and wife, Theresa Ferguson and sons, Jason and Sean; Larry Ferguson and wife, Linda Ferguson and children, Scott, Merideth, and Lindsay; Joann Easter and husband, Robert Perry Easter and their sons, Shannon and Kenneth; Elaine Katz and husband, Bob and daughter, Haley; Thomas Ferguson and children, Michael and Elizabeth; and Marian Colbert and husband, James and children Brett, Chelsea, and Annica; fifteen great grandchildren; and Sister Louis Mary Passeri.

A graveside service with burial following will be held on Thursday, June 1, 2017 at Wilkinson Memorial Cemetery at 1:30 PM. The family will receive friends at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel on Thursday from 12:00 until 1:00 PM prior to the graveside service. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
