Ina Mae Doll Horton, 72 of Hillsville, passed away on Saturday, June 5, 2010 at Twin County Regional Hospital. Mrs. Horton was born in Carroll County to the late Sidney & Fannie Hicks Jennings. She is survived by her husband of 55 years Troy Clinton Horton of the home; daughters Linda Horton and Mildred Horton both of Hillsville; sons & daughter-in-law James & Debbie Horton of Galax and Virgil Horton of Hillsville; sister Susie Jennings of Hillsville; brothers & sister-in-law Johnny Hicks of Hillsville and Walter & Joyce Jennings of Salem; grandchildren Ethan Dale Horton and Kacie Lynn Horton of Willis; step granddaughter & spouse Bessie & Allen Hilbert of Galax; step great grandchildren Keith Hawks, Jessica Hawks and Chelsey Mullins all of Galax; step great great grandson Leland Hawks of Galax; and several cousins and special friends.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 9, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel with Rev. Norman Goad, Rev. Chris Carlisle, and Rev. Ted Bartlett officiating. Burial will follow in Liberty Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, June 8, 2010 from 4:30 until 8:30 PM.
