Helen Worrell, 87 of Woodlawn, passed away on Tuesday, June 22, 2010 at her home. She was born in Carroll County to the late James Emmett Worrell and Daisy Alice Cox Worrell. She is survived by her sister & brother-in-law Irene & Melvin Padgett of Woodlawn; special friends Frances & Forrest Crowder of Woodlawn; and several nieces & nephews.

A graveside service with burial following will be held on Thursday, June 24, 2010 at 11:00 AM at the Miles Turman Cemetery with Rev. Avis Nester officiating. The family will receive friends at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel on Thursday from 9:30 until 10:30 AM.
