Helen Noveline Webb, 80, of Laurel Fork, passed away on Sunday, February 12, 2012 at her home. Mrs. Webb was born in Carroll County on November 7, 1931 to the late Crockett and Mary Tobler. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by two brothers Orfie Tobler and Melvin Tobler, three sons Denny Webb, J.C. Webb, and Royce Webb; and one grandson Stacy Webb. She is survived by her husband Mawyer Clinton Webb of the home; sons and daughters-in-law Mr. Danny Webb and Sylvia of Floyd and Mr. Donnie Webb and Denise of Hillsville; daughters and sons-in-law Sharon Tobler and Earl of Hillsville, Dorothy Felts and Terry of Fancy Gap, Reva Alderman and Danny of Floyd, and Nellie Underwood and Darrell of Floyd; brothers Lincoln Tobler of Laurel Fork and J.M. Tobler of Dugspur; sisters Ina Beasley of Laurel Fork and Mithann Knowles of Ararat; seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will burial following will be held in the Tobler Family Cemetery on Tuesday, February 14, 2012 at 1:00 PM with Rev. Harold Fenstermaker officiating. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
