Hazel Jean Martin Largen

Hazel Jean Martin Largen, 95 of Dugspur, passed away on Sunday, September 27, 2026 at Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson, NC. Mrs. Largen was born in Dugspur, Virginia to the late Simon and Eva Goad Martin. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Donald Largen; daughter, Susan Keith (Larry); siblings, Stella Quesinberry, Gladys Mabe, Belva Mabe, Hassie Quesinberry, Orpha Largen, Pauline Martin, and Lorene Martin.

Survivors include her son, Gary Largen; grandchildren, Dustin Largen (Shelley), Isaac Dalton (Margo), and Whitney Smith (Mike); great-grandchildren, Weston Smith, Donald Dalton, and Isabella Dalton; and sister, Maggie Slate.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 12:00 PM with Pastors Ian Phillips and Doug Goad officiating. Burial will follow in the C.C. Webb Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM prior to the funeral service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to C.C. Webb Cemetery, or mail check to CC Webb Cemetery 100 Sunrise Crest Lane Hillsville, VA 24343. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
