Hazel W. Goad 89 of Hillsville, VA passed away on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at Twin County Regional Hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Achelease Goad; parents, Henry Thomas and Callie Harris Wooten; brother, Howard Wooten.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, John and Priscilla Goad; daughter and son-in-law, Janet and Donnie Hawks; sister, Barbara Phillips; grandson, Ethan James Hawks; two step grandchildren, Scottie Wolfe and Lisa Leftwich several step great grandchildren and one step great-great grandchild.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel with Rev. Roger Quesenberry officiating. Burial will follow in the Isaac Banks Cemetery.
