Harold Allen Perry

Harold Allen Perry, 83 of Hillsville, passed away on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at Carilion New River Valley Medical Center. Mr. Perry was born in North Carolina on February 24, 1943 to the late Clyde Jenkins and Sarah Blonnie Stickland Perry. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a brother, William Jenkins Perry (Maggie); and a sister, Jean Perry Amos (Dolphus).

Survivors include his wife, Alice Nora McGrady Perry of Hillsville, VA; son, Christopher Allen Perry (Charlotte) of AZ; grandchildren, Isabelle Evangeline Perry of AZ and Bridgette Cameron Perry of CA; sister, France Kay Workman of Zebulon, NC; brother, Ronnie Perry (Kathy) of VA; several nieces and nephews; and adopted family, Robert William Kemp of Richmond, VA.

There will be a visitation on Thursday, September 24, 2026 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel from 6:00 until 8:00 PM. A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 25, 2026 at 1:00 PM at Pine Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery in Spring Hope, North Carolina. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is assisting the family with local services.
