Harold Clyde Myers, 80 of Austinville, passed away on Saturday, February 26, 2011 at Trinity Mission of Hillsville. Mr. Myers was born in Carroll County to the late Ed & Emma Myers. He is survived by his wife Alene Beasley Myers of the home; sons & daughters-in-law David A. & Joanna Myers of Austinville, Ricky L. & Judy L. Myers of Woodlawn, Terry L. Myers of Austinville, and Edward H. & Sharon Myers of Hillsville; sisters Maggie White of Austinville, Mildred White of Mount Airy, NC, and Helen Brash of Austinville; grandchildren Virginia Alene Myers, Seth Andrew Myers, Brayden Myers, and Kendal Myers; great grandchildren Kiley Marshall, Andrew Myers, and Fisher Myers; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 2, 2011 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 11:00 AM with Pastor David Bays officiating. Burial will follow in the Myers Cemetery. Masonic Rites will be conducted by the Hillsville Lodge #193 A.F. & A.M. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, March 1, 2011 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM.
