Harold Edward Keith, 63 of Galax, passed away on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at Galax Nursing and Rehab Center. Mr. Keith was born in Carroll County to the late Green Jefferson and Ressie Quesinberry Keith. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his brothers and sisters, Betty Lou Keith, Edna Lorraine Keith, Hassell Jackson Keith, Leslie James Keith, and Clifford Don Keith.

Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Neisha and Andrew Bailey of Galax; granddaughter, Cheyenne Bailey; sister and brother-in-law, Marie and Dallas Nester of Hillsville; and sister-in-law, Louise Keith of Hillsville.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 3, 2017 at 2:30 PM at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel with Pastor Chris Burnette officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Olivet Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, March 2, 2017 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
