Harley A. Hill, 69, of Fancy Gap, VA passed away on Saturday, May 05, 2012 at Twin County Regional Hospital. He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond Cleves and Eva Pearl Vass Hill. Mr. Hill is survived by his wife, Brenda Matthews Hill of the home; two daughters and son-in-law, Lisa Lawson of Lenoir, NC, and Christine and Charlie Thompson of Radford, VA; son and daughter-in-law, Philip and Angela Hill of Hillsville, VA; brother and sister-in-law, Berlen and Sara Hill; sister Denise Hill Puckett of Fancy Gap, VA; eight grandchildren, Eli Lawson, Heather Lawson, Casey Lawson, Brittany Ruth Hill, Jordan Philip Hill, Dillon Ray Turman, Jesse Thompson, and Angel Thompson; two great grandchildren, Laken Paige Robinson, and Seth Robinson; step sister Margie Quesenberry; step brother, Bobby Reece. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, May 6, 2012 at 4:00 PM at Sky View Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Wendell Horton, and Rev. David Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at the Independence Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Sky View Missionary Baptist Church on Sunday May, 06 2012 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
