Grant H. Largen, 71 of Hillsville, passed away Thursday, August 31, 2006 at his residence. Mr. Largen is survived by his wife Mildred Marshall Largen of the home; daughter & son-in-law Freda & David Jones of Roanoke; son & daughter-in-law David & Lesa Largen of Fancy Gap; four grandchildren Catherine Jones, Robert Jones, Nathan Largen and Kristen Largen; half sister Judy Ann Long; and three nieces Dawn, Cathy and Vickie Marshall.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, September 3, 2006 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 3:00 PM with Rev. Edward Lanning officiating. Burial will follow in the Cox Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday night from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
