Grace B. Gardner, 73 of Hillsville, passed away on Tuesday, June 3, 2008 at Twin County Regional Hospital. Mrs. Gardner was born in Virginia to the late Odell & Nora Mitchell Brown. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Glen Gardner. Mrs. Gardner is survived by her sons & daughters-in-law Todd & Vickie Gardner and Faron & Rhonda Gardner all of Hillsville; brothers Archie Brown, Horace Brown and John Brown and sisters Mildred Webb and Helen Dalton all of Hillsville; and three grandchildren & spouse Jennifer & Glenn Edmonds, Jeremy Gardner and Jessica Gardner.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 5, 2008 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 2:00 PM. Burial will follow in Monta Vista Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 1:00 until 2:00 PM prior to the funeral service.
