Goldia Avis Goad Quesenberry, 101 of Dugspur, passed away on Sunday, April 18, 2010 at Trinity Mission of Hillsville. Mrs. Quesenberry was born in Morehead, Kentucky to the late Alexander and Dillie Largen Goad. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband Junie Earls Quesenberry. She is survived by sons & daughter-in-law Melvin Earls Quesenberry of Indian Valley and Noah Elmon & Alice Quesenberry of Dugspur; and daughters & sons-in-law Sadie Moore of Dugspur, Shelba & Charles Layman of Martinsville, Lula & Bernard Gusler of Stoneville, NC, Virginia & Sheldon Ousley of Hillsville, and Betty Q. Hall of Radford. She was also blessed with 17 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, and 12 great-great grandchildren.

A graveside service with burial following will be held at Quesenberry Cemetery on Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Vinton Quesenberry officiating. The family will receive friends at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel on Tuesday, April 20, 2010 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM.
