Glinda Mae Hall

Glinda Mae Hall, 74 of Hillsville, passed away on Sunday, August 9, 2026 at Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson, NC. Mrs. Hall was born in Hillsville, Virginia to the late Roy Clarence and Lannie Mae Melton Hall Bond. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a son, Jason Hall; great-granddaughter, Aribella; sister, Wanda Brady; and brother, Damon Hall.

Survivors include her husband, Harold Dale Hall; sons, Brian Hall (Scarlett) and Michael Hall; sisters, Dorthy Hall, Angela Utt, and Brenda Bobbitt (Arnold); brother, Bernard Hall; grandsons, Luke Reeves (Ashlyn) and Justice Wheat; granddaughters, Carly Reeves (Whitney) and Ayden Rippey; great-grandchildren, Lily, Willow, and Bentley; special niece, Daisy Hall; special nephew, Timmy Hall; special friends, Kenneth and Judy Quesinberry and Bobby and Ebbie Davis; fur babies, Rascal and Trigger; and multiple nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 13, 2026 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 2:00 PM with Pastor Gary Horton officiating. Burial will follow in the Nelson Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 1:00 until 2:00 PM prior to the funeral service. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
