Glenna Reece Smith, 58 of Hillsville, passed away on Thursday, September 25, 2008 at Twin County Regional Hospital. Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her parents Jesse Lee Reese and Virginia Henley Reese and a brother & sister-in-law Walter Lee & Malinda Reese. She is survived by her husband Bobby D. Smith of Hillsville; daughter & son-in-law Carla & Mark Williams of Galax; son & daughter-in-law Scott & Tabitha Smith of Hillsville; sisters & brother-in-law Collean & Archie Terry of Meadows of Dan, Jessie Willadean Reece of Hillsville and Linda Lowe of Woodlawn; brothers & sisters-in-law Marvin & Lois Reece, Sr. of Coatesville, PA, Chester Elmo & Myra Reece of Hillsville, Clark & Connie Reece of Hillsville, Lonnie & Debbie Reece of King, NC and Jerry Reece of Radford, VA; and six grandchildren Kayla Williams, Kelsey Williams, Eustaica Smith, Mason Williams, Dillon Smith and Isaiah Smith.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2008 at 11:00 AM at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel with Dr. Lawrence Childs officiating. Burial will follow in the Shockley Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, September 26, 2008 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM.
