Glenn Douglas Lyons, Sr., 78 of Laurel Fork, Virginia passed away on Thursday, March 20, 2025 at his home. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert E. Lyons and Margie Fariss Lyons McMillian; siblings, Ted Ray Lyons, David Lyons, Ronnie Lyons, Billy Lyons, Jackie Ayers, and Phyllis Goad; step-father, Humphery McMillian.

Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Elizabeth Hill Lyons; children, Karen Lyons Horton and Glenn Douglas Lyons, Jr.; grandchildren, Sierra Alderman, Taylor Lyons, Olivia Horton, and Michael Lyons; sister and brother-in-law, Lyndell and Sam Semones; sisters-in-law, Dorthy Hill and Anita Lyons; special daughter-in-law, Paulene Letts; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Don and Jennifer Hill; special niece, Melissa Burleson.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel with Pastor Scotty Bullins officiating. Burial will follow in the Worrell Memorial Cemetery.
