Glenn R. Edwards, 63, of Laurel Fork, passed away on Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at Lewis Gale Pulaski Hospital. Mr. Edwards was born in Carroll County to the late Lawrence and Dorothy Hawks Edwards. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his sister, Mazie Crotts and two brothers, Tootsie Edwards and Richard Edwards. Mr. Edwards is survived by his wife of 41 years, Judy Edwards of the home; daughters and sons-in-law, Crystal and Winston Reynolds and B.B. and Jeffrey Marshall all of Laurel Fork; grandchildren, Amber Marshall, Ashley Marshall, Amelia Marshall, and Bentley Reynolds; brother, Donald Edwards of Cana; and sisters, Lois Rippey of Galax and Carolyn Barnes of Cana. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2015 at Pilot View Baptist Church at 12:00 PM with Pastor Scotty Bullins officiating. Burial will follow in the Worrell Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church on Friday, February 20, 2015 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
