Gladys Ruby Jones Stone, 92 of Austinville, passed away on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at Lewis Gale Medical Center in Salem.  Mrs. Stone was born in Carroll County, Virginia to the late John Kinley and Ora Vada Warf Jones.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Gilmer "Bill" Delton Stone; and brothers, Ted Jones, Jess Jones, and Clifford Jones.

Survivors include her daughter, Cynthia Stone Angell and grandson, Phoenix Gage Angell.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 11:00 AM with Pastor Rick Mathena officiating.  Burial will follow in the Coulson Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 10:00 until 11:00 AM prior to the funeral service.  Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
