Gary W. (GW) Worrell, 73 of Woodlawn, passed away on Sunday, September 3, 2017 at Carilion Roanoke Memorial. Mr. Worrell was born in Dugspur to the late Howard and Alvilda Dalton Worrell. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a brother, Mirlyn Worrell.

Survivors include his sons, Travis Worrell of Hot Springs and Wesley Worrell of Vinton; sisters, Linda W. Martin of Hillsville and Ann Semones of Greensboro, NC; brother, Glenwood Worrell of Woodlawn; two granddaughters, Casey Williams and Bayla Gilliam; one great granddaughter, Kenzlie Williams; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

There will be no services at this time. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is assisting the family.
