Gary William (Ace) Roberts, 52 of Allisonia, passed away on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at Forsyth Medical Center. Mr. Roberts was preceded in death by his mother, Janet Roberts and a brother, Randy Roberts. Survivors include his father, Archie H. Roberts of Allisonia; brothers, Archie Wayne Roberts of Draper and Curtis Roberts of Hiwassee; sister, Sharon Juanita Roberts of Hillsville; special buddy, Harold Allison; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2013 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 4:00 PM with Pastor Dennis Trail officiating. Burial will follow in the Dry Pond Cemetery. Military Rites will be conducted by the Hillsville V.F.W. Post 1115. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 3:00 until 4:00 PM prior the funeral services. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
