Garman Garvin Sutphin, 66, of Willis passed away on Friday, February 2, 2007 at Montgomery Regional Hospital in Blacksburg. He is survived by his wife, Selma Arlene Sutphin of the home; daughters and sons-in-law Reba and Raymond Turner and Crystal and Tommy Moles, both of Willis, sons and daughter-in-law Avis Sutphin and Jeffrey and Sandra Sutphin, both of Willis; brothers and sisters-in-law Wendell and Shirley Sutphin, and Brown and Ellen Sutphin, both of Willis; sisters Frances Thompson of Willis, Eva Jane Sowers of Roanoke, Lila Cruise of Meadows of Dan, and Custus Clifton of Reidsville, NC; grandchildren Johnathan Hubbard, Danielle Hubbard, Brandon Dickerson, Lukes Turner, Jacob Sutphin, Hannah Sutphin, Isaiah Sutphin, and Leah Sutphin; and great grandchild Abigail Hubbard.
Funeral services will be on Monday, February 5, 2007 at 11:00 AM at the Little Flock Fellowship with Pastor Joe Quesenberry officiating. Burial will follow in the Harris Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 4, 2007 from 6 to 8 PM at the Little Flock Fellowship.
