Frank Earl Banks, 86 of Reidsville, NC, passed away on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at Hospice of Rockingham County, Inc. Mr. Banks was born in Carroll County, VA to the late John Walter & Lillian Webb Banks. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by two sisters, Virginia White, Gladys Conner.

Survivors include his wife, Oleta B. Banks, of the home, daughters & sons-in-law, Jeanette Banks & Richard Carlson, and Pam & Victor Webb all of Laurel Fork, VA, granddaughter and husband, Heather E. Webb Springer & Jesse Springer, of WY.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, November 28, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel, with Pastor Lemuel Hardison officiating. Burial will follow in the Reed Island Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, November 27, 2015 from 6:00-8:00 PM, at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers a donation may be made to Hospice of Rockingham County, 2150 NC Hwy 65, Reidsville, NC, 27320.  Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady is serving the family of Mr. Banks.
