Florence Etta Goad 80 of Hillsville, VA passed away on Saturday, September 18, 2021 at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC. She was preceded in death by her husband, Red Goad; parents, Walker and Macy Horton Largen; infant son; son, James Estel "Jim" Goad; grandson, Craig Largen; 8 brothers and sisters.

Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-laws, Rosa and Mike Hall, and Mary and Jim Blevins; step daughter and spouse, Diane and Tim Caldwell; sister, Betty Goad; grandchildren, Jennifer Largen, Angela Shupe, Brandon Blevins, and Veronica Goad; great-granddaughter, Kaitlyn; step grandchildren, Teresa White, Ray Turney, Jessica Richardson, and Cody Hall; 5 step great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel with Rev. Frank Jones officiating. Burial will follow in the Dickens Cemetery.
