Faye E. Edmonds, 94, of Hillsville, passed away on Wednesday, January 17, 2018, at Twin County Regional Hospital. Mrs. Edmonds was born in Virginia to the late Isaac and Della Surratt Ogle. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her first husband, Fred Harris; second husband, Fred Edmonds; four brothers; and seven sisters.

Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Sandra and David Wood of Dublin and Geneva and Bobby Reece of Hillsville; several step children; sisters, Lucille Dalton and Nellie Slate both of Hillsville; six grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 20, 2018, at Little Vine Community Church at 2:00 PM with Rev. David Wood and Rev. Kevin Carlan officiating. Burial will follow in the Little Vine Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church on Saturday from 1:00 until 2:00 PM, prior to the funeral service. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
