Everett William Guynn, 56 of Ferrum, passed away on Thursday, October 8, 2009 at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital. Mr. Guynn was born in Carroll County to the late William Alfred & Massie Ayers Guynn. He is survived by his sons Everett William Guynn, Jr. and Christopher Lee Guynn; daughter Massie Carol Guynn; brothers & sisters-in-law Graden & Selena Guynn of Rocky Mount, Perry & Jackie Wyrick of Salisbury, NC, and Tony Guynn of Winston Salem, NC; sisters & brothers-in-law Carol & Bruce Richardson of Ferrum, Lucy & Harold Brewer of Lexington, NC, Judy & Joey Messinger of Lebanon, TN, Sherry Wyrick of Greensboro, NC, Wilma & Ronnie Reid of Walnut Cove, NC, and Rita Guynn of Rural Hall, NC.

A graveside service with burial following will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2009 at 3:00 PM at Oak Grove Cemetery in Cana with Rev. Emmett Crotts officiating. There will be no visitation.
