Eula Mae Horton, 83, of Hillsville, passed away on Saturday, April 30, 2011 at Twin County Regional Hospital in Galax, Virginia.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Edd and Vina Alderman Clontz; son Randy Dalton; sisters Sara Clontz and Bonnie Turman; brothers, Willie Clontz, Jerry Clontz, and Donald Clontz.

She is survived by her husband, James H. Horton of the home; daughter and son in-law, Hilda and Danny Wooten of Hillsville; sons and daughter in-law, Waymon (Red) and Gina Dalton of Baywood and Darryl Dalton of Hillsville; brothers and sisters in-law, Manuel and Darnell Clontz, Carl and Delores Clontz, Eddie and Donna Clontz all of Hillsville, and J.D. Clontz of Dugspur; sisters and brothers in-law, Minnie Alice and Steve Martin of Woodbridge, Annie Belle and Donald Primm of Hillsville, and Hattie and Turner Quesenberry of Willis; six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and seven step great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 3, 2011 at 11:00 AM at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel with Elder Ronald Bowman officiating. Burial will follow in the Clontz-Alderman Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, May 2, 2011 from six until eight p.m. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
