Eula Mae A. White, 87 of Hillsville, passed away on Sunday, July 31, 2011 at Twin County Regional Hospital. Mrs. White was born in Carroll County to the late James Ernest and Ruby Dalton Alderman. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband Cager M. White and brothers and spouse James Alvin and Virginia S. Alderman and Cleveland Carl Alderman. She is survived by her children and spouses Curtis C. and Lisa White of Hillsville, J. Douglas White of Mt. Airy, NC, and Donald B. White of Hillsville; siblings and spouses Betty and Donald Lyon of Hillsville, Marcus and Sue Alderman of Richmond, and Ernest Randolph Alderman of Galax; grandchildren and spouses Sherri W. and Jamey Reynolds, Jonathan and Sherry B. White; great grandchildren Clayton Reynolds and Jessa Reynolds; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 3, 2011 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 11:00 AM with Sam Holder officiating. Burial will follow in the Gardner Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, August 2, 2011 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM.
