Ethel Marie Dalton, 74, passed away Friday, August 2, 2024 in the Northern Regional Hospital, Mt Airy, North Carolina. Mrs. Dalton was born March 14, 1950 to the late James Arnold and Nancy Jane Moore Gardner.

She is survived by her children Bryan Dalton and wife Carleatha; Angel Hawks and Denise Dalton. Six grandchildren Shawn Dalton, Lane Dalton, Basstin Cole, Donny Moore, Amanda Matczak, Heather Torres; and two great grandchildren Maddox Sifford and Cierra Revis also survive.

The funeral service will be held Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at 11:00 AM in the Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel with Pastors Ronnie Collins and Darren Lambert officiating.  Burial will follow in the Jennings Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.

Friends and family may gather at the home of Bryan at 174 Douglas Way, Woodlawn, Virginia on Tuesday after the funeral services.
