Estes Irene Goad, 85 of Hillsville, passed away on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at Hillsville Health and Rehab. Mrs. Goad was born in Carroll County to the late Elzie Bud and Sarah Boyd Lewis. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her first husband, Ernest Clinton Goad.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Gary Michael and Rhonda Goad of Laurel Fork and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service with burial following will be held on Saturday, August 7, 2021 at Gladesboro Cemetery at 10:00 AM with Rev. Laura Plaster officiating.  Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
