Ernest Lee Williams, 73, of Fancy Gap, passed away on Monday, March 11, 2018 at his home. Mr. Williams was born in Carroll County to the late Lotchie Lee and Callie Dalton Williams.

Survivors include his wife, Geneva Utt Williams of the home; daughter and son-in-law, Regina Faye and Billy Mabe of Galax; son, Ernest Darnell Williams of Fancy Gap; siblings and spouses, Sue and Wade Carico of Hillsville, Earl and Bonnie Williams of Galax, Johnny and Bonita Williams of Hillsville, and Donna and Doug Horton of Austinville; grandchildren and spouses, Daniel Lee and Montana Williams, Tonya and Ryad Silmane, Geneva Dawn Williams and Jeffery Bowers, and Mary Beth Williams, Dustin Sisk; and great grandchildren, Austin Lee Williams, Cole Lewis Bowers, and Enzo Ryan Silmane.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 15, 2018 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 11:00 AM with Rev. Dustin Montgomery officiating. Burial will follow in the Benton Banks Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM prior to the funeral service. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
