Elnor Rose Foster Martin, 78 of Dugspur, passed away on Thursday, November 28, 2024 at Atrium Health in High Point.  Mrs. Martin was born in a cabin in Barbour County, West Virginia to the late James Randolph and Geneva Carol Gour Foster.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Terrance J. Martin; brothers, Raymond Foster, Roy Foster, and Richard Foster; and sisters, Christine Farris and Carol Marks.

Survivors include her children, Jeannette Watt (Ike), Eugene McCurdy (Jes), and April D. Cope (Jason); brothers, Ronnie Foster (Carol) and Roger Foster (Ethel); sisters, Aneta Farris, Edith Starkey, and Patti Dobbins (James); thirteen grandchildren; and seventeen great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 6, 2024 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady at 1:00 PM.  Burial will follow in the Cox Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, December 5, 2024 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.  Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
