Ellen Cox Towe, 86 of Rineyville, KY, passed away Monday, July 17, 2006 at Helmwood Health Care Center in Kentucky. Mrs. Towe is survived by her daughter & son-in-law Norva & Jim Lark of Rineyville, KY; brothers Aubrey Marshall and Edsel Marshall both of Hillsville; two grandsons Christopher Fitzpatrick and Andrew Fitzpatrick; nine step grandchildren, three great grandsons, and twenty step great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Thursday, July 20, 2006 at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel at 2:00 P.M. with Father Charles Brickner officiating. Burial will follow in the Wilkinson Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 9:00 AM until 2:00 PM on Thursday, prior to the funeral service.
