Eleanor Louise Lewis, 79, of Hillsville, passed away on Thursday, February 22, 2018 at Duke University Medical Center. Mrs. Lewis was born on October 28, 1938 to the late Clarence Ludwig and Louise Elder Shutt Larson. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her first husband, Howard Charleston Kepple; a granddaughter, Lauren Morgan; and a brother, Clarence Ludwig Larson, Jr.

Survivors include her husband, Wallace B. Lewis of the home; daughters and son-in-law, Jaci and Al Morgan and Crystal Franks, all of Myrtle Beach, SC; siblings, Betty Jo Collard, of Virginia, Arthur Larson, Maggie Blalock and Susie Morelli, all of Pennsylvania; grandchildren, Janelle Morgan, Lyndsey Young, and Rachel Franks; and three great grandchildren, Loki Young, Ivan Young, and Madison Franks.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel with Pastor David Bays officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 1:00 until 2:00 PM prior to the funeral service. A gravesides service with burial following will be held on Thursday, March 1, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Greenwood Memorial Park in Lower Burrell, Pennsylvania with Pastor Susie Morelli officiating. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family of Mrs. Lewis.
